What is Happening in March in Truckee

Where is 2019 going?! March is almost here and there’s still so much winter-ing we want to do. Good thing Truckee has plenty of snow! This March, we’re excited about getting out to the resorts and these amazing snowshoe trails to enjoy February’s record breaking snowfall, but we’re also very excited about the fun local traditions March brings to the area. Here’s the roundup of events you should not miss this month.

RACE up the steep hills of Sugar Bowl at the annual Quad Crusher on the 9th. This is Northern California's premier uphill event. The course covers all 4 of the resorts peaks and will test your touring stamina. With three different divisions, including Elite, Team, and Citizen, there is an uphill class for every enthusiast. Prizes, festivities, and cold beverages to follow! RSVP here.
